Having never had a vehicle shipped, I was a little apprehensive about the procedure. I contacted Autostar and talked to Jose Luna, Transport Coordinator. Jose was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure that I and we needed to follow to make this happen. He was available by phone and e-mail for my questions. My next contact with Autostar was Tracy who helped coordinate the pick up and delivery. Their was a problem with the key for the vehicle which was my problem and she helped walk me through the solution. I then had to change the point of delivery as it was going to be a surprise and she took care of that problem too! It is really nice to find a company that is easy to work with, does what they say they are going to do, and then follows up.
