I chose AutoStar because of its high online reviews and was not disappointed at all. I worked primarily with transport coordinator Brian Douglas, and have zero complaints. Brian was very responsive to our many questions and the few changes we had in plans, even helping us move up the pickup date in order to work around our plans (I'm assuming this isn't typical). The estimated price and date were spot-on, and Brian followed up a couple times to make sure the pickup and delivery worked out. All-in-all, it was exactly what you would expect from a services provider, but so often don't get. If only all the other vendors we used in our cross-country move were as reliable. I would definitely use AutoStar again, and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, Brian, for your help in our move.
