I submitted for a car transportation quote online and received 8 offers. I picked AutoStar for several reasons: 1. Excellent reviews on transportreviews.com, even if customers reported problems with their car transportation, AutoStar representatives provided support and customer service throughout the whole process of resolution; 2. AutoStar is a mid size broker, transporting around 1000 vehicles a year, which allows for personalized approach for each customer as well as expertize in auto transportation; 3. It was a pleasure working with Kim, the transportation coordinator. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like my car is in good hands.
My car was scheduled for pick up 2 hours after placing the order, it was picked up and delivered perfectly on time. The carrier picked by AutoStar was very professional and took a great care of my vehicle.
The quoted prices from 8 transportation companies ranged from $775 to $1070. At $825, AutoStar's price was very good, and I didn't need to pay any extra to the carrier. I would use AutoStar services again and would recommend them to family and friends.
