Kim did an excellent job and is very knowledgable with her job. Great customer service as she kept me updated along the way and always informed me with the next step. She was able to find me a carrier ahead of time which provided a piece of mind that my car will be delivered on time. Only hickup was that the driver was an hour and a half late but he did apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, exceptional service by Kim.
