For AutoStar service, I am overall satisfied. The agent was responsive and courteous. However, the delivery of the vehicle took much longer than I expected. I understand that this might not be within control of AutoStar, but it was a very long waiting, 20 days from beginning of transportation till the delivery at the destination.

Hi Tom, first I want to thank you for the kind feedback. I have to agree with you, that is too much time and we will look into that with the carrier. I am pleased to know it got there safe and sound.
