Kevin, Thank you for the GREAT review! We hear horror stories all the time about other brokers taking deposits and attracting customers with low-ball quotes. I am surprised that Riley was unable to find you a carrier, even at a price $300 higher than ours! All credit goes to the hardworking team at AutoStar who proactively contact carriers. Not only do we have a 5-star rating here, but we also have the highest ratings internally with carriers so they WANT to work with us. We are pleased you were happy with the driver. In fact, we carefully screen all our carriers and only use those that maintain a 95% customer service rating or better. We do not want the headache and we do not want to pass the headache on to our customers who come to us when they are serious about getting their vehicles shipped safely, without hassle, and at a great price!
