Thank you kindly for your recommendation. I am sorry the driver was delayed but that is the nature of the industry some times, that's why we only use drivers that have a 5star rating and have the same emphasis on good communication skills that we have at AutoStar. When the customer is kept informed (even to be notified they are running late) a good relationship is upheld.
