We researched Autostar before hiring them through the Better Business Bureau. It is essential for customers to read the contract which is lengthly. I think it should be in bigger print, however. We felt safe hiring them. From start to finish the entire process was smooth and professional. The car was picked up when they said it would be. The carriers were professional. I had a VERY thorough exam of the car exterior which I appreciated. They gave me an estimate of the delivery day and they were right on the mark. They were also just nice people.
