I got my car delivered from San Diego to Austin in 2 days. I talked with Fred Andalo and asked him to give me a call at 3 pm on Friday. He promptly returned the call at 3pm and arranged a pickup for the Sunday. Even though it was a Labor day weekend and all other carriers were giving the later dates for pickup. I also did not pay my deposit until after my car was picked up. On top of that, Fred even matched the quote provided by other competitors.
Driver was friendly and asked for directions. Even thoug he was late in pickup and deliver by 3-4 hours but I guess thats a nature of this business. I would highly suggest to companies to ask the drivers to have GPS in their trucks. Its not that expensive anymore and its a must for directions.
Overall, a very smooth experience with this company and I am really impressed by their professionalism. I would highly recommend Autostar for car shipping.
