Hi Keith, I am glad you finally got that truck there. While I value our customers opinions and feedback, I do have to question what was missing on our end to not deserve a better rating? This story has 2 parts to it.
Part One: I contact Keith asking about this huge dump truck that was not running. We were in constant communication the first time he requested our help, got a carrier that time and then when we needed to confirm he told me he was going to go with a local trucker that he felt really comfortable with.
Part two: After a week or so, he contacted me again because nothing was happening with his local guy and he even felt bad he missed out on my carrier. I found him a second truck, contacted him with the good news, but ended up living my first ever DEJA VU. Another local company was the star this time, claimed to own their trucks and promised him something for hundreds less. After researching who this was I found out they were another broker firm and they were simply doing the same job I did, but with a very optimistic offer. I had to make my case that they were brokers and not carriers and only then he recognized this and accepted my carrier.
So these circumstances and little details I think show our intentions and willingness to work hard with Keith and every customer who needs our help.
