I have never transported a car before and didnt know where to start. I applied for a quote on a website, and was contacted promptly by Jon. Not only did he follow up with me to ensure he had all proper information to ship, he also was able to get me a GREAT price on the move. I was flexible with the ship date, but Jon had my vehicle on a truck TWO DAYS after I turned the contract in. Autostar kept me thoroughly informed of driver pickup date and time, and the driver called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The driver was great as well, very nice, polite and professional. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend them with five stars, and use them again in the future.
