Primary contact person (Jose Luna) was very helpful and informative. He was upfront with me regarding pricing, possible delays, and how the whole car shipping process works. Was always easy to reach and kept following up. Did not mind being asked a lot of questions.


The only minor problem I had was when a carrier was assigned, it was someone else who called me up to notify me and not Jose himself. Apparently not all the details were given to me and an email containing the carrier info was also not sent. Everything was addressed and fixed by Jose when I called him up after a few days. Also, after the date of the pick up was set, I did not hear from the carrier for 2 days and finally called him up directly, and from that point on I was in touch constantly with the carrier. Everything worked out in the end and the vehicle was delivered on time without any problems.


Jose definitely made the whole experience easier and would recommend him and Autostar to anyone looking to ship their car.

Hi Augustus, thanks a bunch for the great review. You were great to work with. I do want to appreciate your patience and understanding under the circumstances you were in. Carriers always have the best intentions in keeping their word and schedule, but on the road you never know what to expect sometimes.
