We shipped a convertible on very short notice and the company was able to accomodate us at a price approximately 50% less than the moving company we used for our household goods. The top was cut into en route although there was no damage to the vehicle or items stolen from the car. The driver took complete responsibility for the issue without any debate, delivered the car to a local repair shop and paid to have the entire top replaced. We were disappointed to have had the problem, but absolutely satisfied with the driver's handling of the matter. I would have no problem using this company for another move, or having this driver actually transport the vehicle.
