After paying another company, I didn't hear anything for over a week. I reached out to AutoGo who had sent me a bid previously. They replied to my emails within 30 minutes, and had a driver that could pick up the vehicle within 2 days. Vehicle actually arrived to my place earlier than expected, and the driver was extremely friendly and polite. Car was filthy from a freak snowstorm, but that can't be helped. I would absolutely do business with them again - the thing that set them apart was how fast Kristina (my point of contact) would reply to me and how prompt she was in solving problems.
