Oil Stains on Vehicle Surfaces

The vehicle was delivered with alot of filth due to road travel, and with oil stains on all horizontal surfaces. After cleanup with a good car detergent wash, the oil stains are still present in the paint surface (on hood, roof and trunk). We are hoping that a rubbing compound will assist in removing the stains. There must have been a leaky vehicle placed overhead or the driver had an equipment leak. If it does not, we will submit a claim.
Our only other complaint was that on the pickup of the vehicle in San Diego, we had to drive over 4 miles to meet up with the driver. The past 2 times we have used your company, the truck picked up and dropped off on the street of the address. This was very frustrating that we had to drive elsewhere when there was adequate space at the pickup address and closer alternatives.
The driver was held up by bad weather and still made it on time. He was a very conscientious person and did his best to keep us informed. We appreciated his professionalism.
