The nature of the car shipping business prevents any body from giving customers a guaranteed, which is frustrating to everyone. But Autobox Transports takes the crown when it comes to shady business practices. They lure you in with a very competitive offer then charge you a deposit without even finding your a driver first, which most reputable car shipping brokers won't do! Good brokers charge you the deposit after they find you a carrier. Once Autobox gets the deposit money, don't expect to hear from them with any updates. They don't really try anything other than simply putting your info on the "central dispatch" site. They don't keep you updated, they don't explain the reality of car shipping to you. Because Autobox wants to scam that deposit from you then expects you to get frustrated and find another way to move your car. Then they pocket the deposit.
