did not pick up my car

Today was a strange day. Stephanie from Auto box transport call me to pick up a car from August 9, 2018. Today is August 23, 2018.
When the contract was opened with Auto box, they was suppose to pick up a car for me by the 12. NOTHING! I sent out multiple request to contact me and pick up the car.
The company stop responding to me on August 14, 2018, the car was moved and additional monies was paid for the late pick-up!
So, today on August 23, 2018, Stephanie calls me form the company to pick up a car that has been moved.
So, now Stephanie wants me to pay her company $150 dollars for trying to get a truck to me by August 23, 2018.

STEPHAINE YOUR COMPANY IS USING STRONG ARM PRACTICES TO GET MONEY OUT OF CONSUMERS AND NOT DOING THE JOB!
No I am not paying you for NO services rendered.
I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CONTACTING LEGAL COUNCIL.
I am a licensed paralegal in the state of Florida and I do consumer reporting to the National Consumer Panel for business practice in the States. I will be reporting this company.
