I called and talked with Jacqueline on sunday evening. she was very helpfull up front and honest. I filled out the online contract that same evening. The next morning by phone I was given the name of the driver that would be shipping my car, and told he would call me that morning and arrange a pickup time. The driver called gave me a 1 hour window for pickup on tuesday morning. the driver was on time, loaded the car and was on his way. my car arrived on friday as scheduled in good shape. no hassles no problems couldnt have gone any smoother. I recommend this company to anyone.
