Auto Transporters Online handled our transport contract shipping our Lexus GX470 from Atlanta, GA to Stamford, CT. I have nothing but praise for this company. First, they came in at least $200 less than their competitors and offered multiple pricing options. Second, they were extremely attentive and flexible. Despite the fact the company secured transport immediately and therefore earned their brokerage feel, we were forced to cancel due to scheduling issues. I thought there goes $200 since they no longer had an incentive to work for me on a new date. However, again, they secured a transport for me the very day I was ready to go forward and the car was picked up that same day! Finally, they were excellent with communication and execution. Indeed, since they were in constant contact with me, I never had think about calling them regarding the status. Moreover, the trucking company they secured was fantastic and professional and also kept me up to date daily on their progress (and hourly on the day of delivery). We received our car within three days of pickup.

Often I read "testimonials" on websites with skepticism as to whether they are legitimate. However, it is clear the customers of Auto Transporters Online are extremely satisfied with their service. I read horror stories about other companies ripping people off and taking forever to deliver. I was nervous. In the end, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Do not hesitate to use this company.
