Based on the info on the company website and the prompt and courteous response from Maria, I contracted with this company to transport my car from Nevada to Kentucky for the amount of $850. As requested, I provided a pick up window of July 18-22 and paid a deposit of $150 with my credit card. Well, the courtesy disappeared quickly after the deposit was paid. As of August 10, I terminated by "contract" with this company. Each phone call I made to Maria, the Director of Sales, revealed yet one more piece of information that was not given when the agreement was made, including that Kentucky is a "black out" state (whatever that means), I needed to designate an alternative pick up person for AFTER I left the area, and finally that if I wanted my car in the foreseeable future I would need to pay more than the amount quoted above. This business advertises itself as "A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau." They are NOT members of nor approved by the Better Business Bureau. I was treated rudely and dishonestly by Maria Peters. Before she hung upon me on August 10, she said she would refund my $150 deposit which I paid with my Visa. I will be monitoring this transaction.
I have since contracted with a different carrier. They have been extremely professional and courteous. They picked up my car two days after I called. It is expected to arrived this week (August 18).
