I contacted ATD to move my car from Maine to California in conjunction with a military move. Due to my deployment schedule my pickup availability was limited so I made sure to contact the company a month in advance to schedule the move. The contract I signed had an estimate of $895.00. I had to pay a $195.00 deposit that I understood to be taken from the total move cost. I received one phone call that a driver could pick the car and move for $1150 plus the $195.00. Shortly after my deployment schedule changed. I have been unable to contact the company for a refund as they refuse to answer my messages. I have contacted Navy legal to pursue reimbursement. These guys are CROOKS!
