I had a horrible experience with another trucking company. During that time I had an email from Mike DeFilippio asking me if I was still in need of a transport company. I replied to his email and he called me immediately. I was so upset about the first transport company. Mike walked me through telling me what to do to get my deposit back. This company was definitely a bait and switch company. Thank god for Mike my sons car will be picked up tomorrow morning and will be drop off down in Florida early next week.
