Unfortunately using Auto Transport on Demand was a debacle. Joel told us we had a booked transport, but cancelled the day in advance for unexplained reasons. He never offered any alternative solution, they just cancelled on us and said we were screwed. I can count at least 3 direct lies over this process. This firm is likely a scam.
