My initial contact with this company seems promising after speaking with Steven. He had informed me that it would only take 5-7 days for delivery and it was only gonna cost me $900.00. Steven had confirm with me that my move date of June 6, 2008 was not problem. So, I was like ok good, lets do this. After signing the agreement and making my deposit, they could not get my car to my new location. I found this out by calling them on my move date, they did not bother to inform me. Steven at Auto Transport on Demand have all my contact information. After talking to him on my move date, he informed me that he cannot have my car transported. To make this story short, I have to use a different carrier and now it already three weeks later. I til this day cannot get my deposit back. I have email, called and left messages with Steven at Auto Transport on Demand and no one have ever responded. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would never recommend or do business with them again.
