It's stressful to deal with a damaged and disabled vehicle, in another state. Never having this experience before, I was grateful that Damien took the time to explain how interstate transport 'works' and that each step would be documented and communicated. Hopefully, my car doesn't break down like that again (hit by a deer), but if it does, I'll call Auto Transport again.
