We in fact did arrange the transport of this customers vehicle. The vehicle had lights and wheelcaps removed from it while in transit to the destination address. When presented with the dillema, we at Auto Transport Logistics LLC worked dilligently to resolve the issues. After being informed of the damage done to the vehicle, we instructed Mr Garcia to file a police report so we can send it to the carrier to file a claim. The bumper to bumper insurance is provided through the carrier that we had assigned. After contacting the owner of the carrier company he agreed to compensate the customer for the missing items.
