Excellent experience. I had to get a vehicle from southern to northern California asap. Since it was last minute, I didn't know what to expect. They were able to pick up the vehicle next day and deliver to me the following day. It took less than 24 hours from pickup time to drop off time. Communication was never a problem. I knew what was going on at all times. Andy and Karen were polite and professional.
My experience was a good one, which I appreciate much.
