Driver was about an hour late picking up the vehicle which was slightly problematic because I had to meet him at a location since he wouldn't have military base access. However, they stayed in touch with me and were apologetic and courteous when they did arrive. Delivery was right on time.
Would recommend this company and/or use them again.
