Hi Dan, I really need to first start by saying that I called you the day your vehicle was supposed to have been delivered and got your voice mail so I left you a message. I was calling to find out how your transport went and to make sure everything went well with your delivery with your carrier. When I didn't hear anything back I assumed everything went great with your transport. If you had called me back and told me there were damages I would have been right on the phone with carrier and I would have sent you a copy of their insurance in order to start the process of a claim for damages. I make sure I take care of all my customers needs and I am truly sorry that this took place but there was no way I could have knows that such a thing occurred. As far this negative review it really is not fair for you to leave the negative review for me when in actuality it should have been left for the carrier instead. However as soon as I read this review today I did send you the carriers insurance and hopefully if you need further assistance I want you to know I will assist you in any way I can with your claim.
