I had an excellent experience working with Sherry and Auto Transport Connections. This wasn't my first experience shipping my vehicle from one coast to the other so I knew what to ask and what to expect. My first experience with another company wasn't pleasant, mostly due to communication issues with the broker, so it was reassuring that Sherry has made communication with her clients her #1 factor.

I was impressed when she called me back within 10 minutes of my first inquiry into her company and continued that trend throughout the process. Sherry seemed very friendly, positive, and refreshing with her openness about the vehicle transportation industry. I felt that her tone was very honest, that she truly wanted to make this experience a positive one for me.

I was weary that the company was rather new but Sherry informed me this isn't her first rodeo (she had worked for a national shipping company prior and decided it was time to branch out on her own). I did my homework, reading many reviews, ultimately feeling comfortable enough with her to give her my business.

We did have one hiccup which was fixed immediately upon discovery. I was attempting to ship over a national holiday and Sherry had mixed up my pickup date. I was hoping for a July 3rd or 4th pickup while it was written down as an August 4th pickup in the paperwork. When I called on July 5th to discuss exactly when the car would be picked up Sherry was extremely apologetic and wanted to remedy the situation ASAP. She told me she would call me back with 30 minutes to find out if there was a carrier that could pick it up and when. Within about 15 minutes she called me back with a carrier that could pick my vehicle up within the hour. The rest is history and I received my vehicle 2 days earlier than either of us anticipated. I would highly recommend her services!
