I had contacted another broker for a rate to move a 1969 Dodge Super Bee from Great Bend Kansas to Ocala Florida. All week long I was told NO PROBLEM... we will get a truck there to pick the car up but will need a three day window just in case... as the weekend drew closer I became more and more nervous because I did not have a concrete yes on the day the truck would get there or even for sure if there was a truck coming.... 4:45PM Friday I finally found out that there was no scheduled truck... in a panic I called Elsie and by Saturday morning not only did I have a truck and a driver but a date of pickup as well! My hats off to you Elsie for your hard work! The driver kept his word for date of pickup and delivery... my customer was overjoyed! Thanks again!
