We contacted this transport company because of their listing with BBB. The first I could have the car available to transport was two days after my ordering date. The company was able to pick up the car on the first available date. It was on a Saturday, so I did not need to have to take off work or ask someone to be at my home to release the car. The driver (Winston)called me several times when he was within three hours of the pick-up time. So I could take care of my errands rather than waiting for him. The driver was EXTREMELY pleasant, curteous, and knowledgable. THis truck was exceptionally clean. The car arrived at my brother's home (in Texas) on Wednesday afternoon. My nephew, who picked up the car, said that the driver was very pleasant. This is my first experience with transporting a vehicle, and I have shared my positive experience with my co -workers. I was thouroghly pleased with the service.
