Hello Robert,
We must defend our name in this matter. First of all it is impossible for us not to be able to call out, How did we reach you if our phones only work inbound? That is a ridiculous lie. Next, Prior to you setting up the order with us you were forewarned that it is busy season for the snowbirds going north and that it will take about 5-6 days to confirm you with a driver because of the area you are going to in NY. You were not very happy about that but you agreed and told us to move forward then the next day you called extremely mad because another company told you they had driver's available. At that time we reminded you of the situation but you were so frustrated you simply didn't care for what we had to say. We are sorry that you did not take the time to understand our expertise advice.
