This was my first time transporting a car across the country and I was a little overwhelmed by all of the different companies that contacted me about my move. They all sounded the same, but after a five minute phone conversation with Kelly at Auto Transport 123, I knew this was the company for me. First off, there was absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. She let me take my time to explore other options and call her back when I was ready to ship. I received so many harassing emails and voicemails from other companies that this was incredibly refreshing. And once I signed a contract with Auto Transport 123, Kelly became my personal "agent" from start to finish. When I had trouble getting in contact with the driver from the actual trucking company, I made one call to Kelly, and that same day, the driver gave me a call to give me an update. Every time I had a question or any sort of concern (even if it was very minor), she got back to me within a few minutes. The level of customer service from this company is unbelievable, and I will absolutely be using them for any auto transport needs I may have in the future. If you're reading this and trying to decide between two or three different companies, give Auto Transport 123 a call and just talk to them for five minutes - you won't be disappointed.
