Easy to sell, unacceptable result, they use my car

Well, ... I got my car on time. And they were very effective to take my order too. But now, that I found out that my car was used by the driver in the final destination (he took a nice trip to New York City), and I received a fine of 150$ for toll violations done by the truck driver, I'm really mad and disappointed. And of course, now they do not respond to any mail, call or written claim about what happened. Not even a "sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to you" DO NOT not use this company to transport your car!!!.
