It’s a trap. I was given a “guaranteed rate” one month in advance. When it came time to move my car, I was called repeatedly and told that I would never move it for that price. I asked what a guaranteed rate was, and they said it was not now be available. They recommended I find a different company if I needed that rate. When I did, they charged me the $75 fee, saying I was responsible for them not moving my car for the rate their contract stated
