Positive: The delivery of the vehicle was done safely.
Negative: I was promised the delivery to be done in 3 days while booking but if was not met as promised. I had to follow up multiple times and had to reschedule with another driver.
I was promised that I could put some stuff upto 100lbs in my vehicle during shipping but that was not communicated to the driver, for which he demanded more money and I ended up paying him extra.
