The beginning of the process was smooth to higher. However, after hiring they kept calling for full payment even though the care was not at it's final destination. This needs to be fixed no one wants to be harassed. The driver was friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was able to watch it being loaded start to finish. He called ahead for pickup and delivery. This made things very smooth.
