Dear Michelle, Upon further review of the complaint details we found that when you placed your order with Auto Transport 123 you were listed with multiple companies, and requested that we price match a competitor "DIY" - We did explain to you that it was not our suggested rate which could impact the pick up dates requested. By selecting a "price match" you request that we find you a driver at that rate. If we receive options - we call and update you on those options available. Unfortunately with "price matching" it is not a guaranteed, or a suggested rate of Auto Transport 123. You were not charged any cancellation fees, and dates were not guaranteed to you. If you wish to ship your Vehicle at our suggested rate, we'd be more than happy to assist. We are sorry we could not be of service, and again you have not been assessed any cancellation fees or charges what-so-ever.
