My agent Chelsie did a great job keeping in contact with me regarding the transport of my vehicle and she was also very personable and friendly throughout the process, making it much less stressful. She even took the time to text and check in on my vehicle transport during times she must have been out of the office. The driver, though, was almost 6 hours late picking up my vehicle, and then asked me to retrieve my vehicle at a destination nearly 30 minutes from where it was supposed to be dropped off. None of this would have been problematic if the actual driving company had been better with communication.
