All the people we worked with through this process answered their phones or messages promptly. We had good customer service along the way from conscientious agents and drivers . I’d suggest the one thing AT 123 should do differently is emphasize to the customers that the dates are not guaranteed and customers need to be flexible on the pick-up and delivery dates because there are too many variables. That would help manage customer expectations better.
