Janine from customer service who was very pleasant and apologized for the way I was treated and my experience called me the day after and offered me a discount for my troubles- it was very nice that she followed up - i thought no one at this company cared. if moving across country wasn't stressful enough this company made it a million times worse. Jason who booked my service first started bad mouthing all the other companies which should have been a red flag for me. He booked my service with Umbrella transport My car was scheduled to arrive 10 days later- I took off of work to receive my car - I was never informed it was delayed. I had to call the company twice and I was told that my car was never promised by that date (even though it stated that date on the contract) and it would come the next day or day after. Well that didn't happen either and I wasn't informed again that my car wouldn't be showing up-all of this happened over the weekend and conveniently for them the company has no emergency line number and didn't provide me with the driver's phone number. The day it finally came I was told the driver would give me a 2 hours notice and he gave me 20mins. I work 1 hr away going back and forth with 123 auto transport and umbrella auto transport. Jason the person who set up this service and who has been the leader on my account now refused to take my calls; wouldn't negotiate with the company and they refused to give me compensation for this nightmare I have been through and if I didn't pay the full amount they would put my car in a lot. The customer service secretary told me I have no choice and I wasn't allowed to speak with Jason and she was putting me through to Marie - another customer service woman- still Jason would not call me back after leaving numerous messages.I would 100% stay away from 123 Auto transport and Umbrella auto transport - Tim- the greedy, unprofessional, owner who has no idea what the meaning of customer service really is.
