Researched a lot of companies before choosing AT123. I shipped 2 vehicles from CA to FL. I did a lot of checking and talking with them as I needed to make sure they were as good as they said. Sales rep was really slick and I even spoke to his supervisor a couple of times to ensure their insurance and other docs were good. The only hiccup was not getting confirmation on the pick -up date from the company. There was some confusion and lack of coordination between the sales rep and dispatch. I needed to call them a couple of times as I wanted to avoid the stress of the vehicles being missed . However, they were always professional and waited to confirm till they got explicit confirmation from their dispatcher. Once the date was confirmed, the process was smooth and excellent. The moving truck was right on time and gave me an accurate delivery date and time. Driver and the company were always responsive. Emails and delivery documents were instantaneously produced, which was quite assuring. Overall, they are the real deal and I will definitely use them again without a doubt.
