I was unclear in the beginning of how the process worked in terms of how dispatching was set up, how many days it took to find a dispatcher once I gave an availability date etc. Once I spoke with customer service and process was explained, then everything was good to go. I would suggest asking questions in the beginning if you are new to this process. My car was picked up at my convenience and shipped to a location of my choosing. The driver was very friendly, prompt and accommodating.
