Pickup was early. James was great setting up transport. John the driver was also very helpful both up front and at delivery time. James helped me cancel on short notice to find a driver near New Years time. John then called and made arrangements to pick up my cay a few days early, which was OK, and then called with progress along the 2000 mile trip. all in all a very good outcome on my first use of this type.
