To be honest I absolutely hated doing business with this company UNTIL Janine stepped in to help me. I felt conned by the orginal salesman legitimately he told me anything I wanted to hear to get me signed on the dotted line. It was at least 10 days before they even found me a driver and that is only because Janine was willing to put everything on hold to help me out ASAP. She always had patience with me even though I was a little sassy because I was pissed off from dealing with the original salesperson and having to wait so long for my car to get picked up. She kept me in contact every step of the way even after some weird shady situation where they switched after telling me I would have my car in 3 days it ended up arriving a week later. If it wasn't for her I would be absolutely pissed about this experience but instead im just grateful she works there and was able to calm me down. She is your saving grace as a business. This review is only a reflection of her, the salesman gets 1 star at best.
