Raj you placed an order in our office on the 28th of December, and advised us that your vehicle was not ready until the 30th of December, when placing the order you were also told that the dates are not guaranteed and we will do our best to get your vehicle scheduled as soon as possible. We never charged anything to your credit card for cancelling, and we do apologize the move did not work out for you. During the holiday season, as well as weather conditions in Various states we are unable to promise, nor guarantee specific dates.
