Tara was my rep. Good up front. Not the best with follow up or return calls day before and day off pick. Some confusion. Didn't pick cars up until 8:30pm in the dark. I didn't know it was sourced out to another company. I had to call the other company myself. Driver was nice. He made it from east coast in a great time. Communication good. Cars delivered in good overall shape.
