Overall I was very satisfied with this company. My bike was picked up when scheduled and delivered when scheduled and in perfect condition. The driver stayed in contact with me so I always knew the status of my transport. He was very flexible in making arrangements for delivery. My only concern is that when I was quoted the shipping price, I advised the agent that there would be some additional things that needed transport with the bike. I was told that this would be no problem at all - easy to stick it in the truck. When I talked with the driver, I found out this was not the case. The driver typically is paid for add on shipping. The driver was great in that he honored the original price even tho he had been misled. He had to eat the cost. Other than that, the experience was top notch.
