Started rocky but ended fine

We started out Rocky because they promised to me a small pickup window and I ended up having to extend my pickup window and therefore leave my car with a neighbor. It turned out no one would sign on to my car for the small window and cost they promised me. But after the car was picked up everything was fine, they held my car for an extra five or six days due to the hurricane which was fine. The driver was good, kept in contact with me ,car arrived in great shape.
